Kroger Retail Program

The cost for each store is $1115 (Non Refundable) a store.

Agents will be required to work at least 20 Hours per week over at least 3 days

Agents are required to report hours, visitors, sales daily in their portal. Must have 90% reporting after program concludes

Agents will required to register for the agent portal and use the portal to enter carriers, certifications, report events, and watch the training

Agents are required to post their store hours on their table Monday of every week

Agents must present the Letter of Authorization to the Pharmacy Manager by 10/1

Agents are required to wear masks, provide hand sanitizer, and if possible social distance.

Agents are allowed in store 10/1 - 12/15 for AEP and 1/15 - 3/31 for OEP. Agents are not allowed be in store from 11/21 to 11/27

CVS Retail Program

CVS Retail Bundle is $199 and can be used year round at any CVS location

CVS stores can be staffed during AEP and throughout the year

There are no hours/time requirements for the CVS Program & Agents are not limited to one location

Agents are required to be ready to sell for Aetna MAPD products to participate in the program

Program training and store time scheduling will be processed through the ThinkAgent app

Store times have to be scheduled 8 days in advanced and approved by your Aetna Broker Manager

Your Aetna Broker Manager can let you know what stores are available and the demographics of each store.
