Additional Base Plan Choices
New 1-day benefit period with a choice between $1,000 and $2,500, and it includes a 25% short stay duration benefit rider (for stays from 12 hours up to 24 hours.)
Increased Daily Hospital Benefit Options
Daily benefit limit has been increased to $750 per day, up from $600 per day, on the 3, 6, 10 and 21 day benefit periods.
Significant Rider Upgrades
- Ambulance Rider
- Choose from a $50 up to $400 daily usage benefit
- Lifetime maximum of 12 trips
- Air Ambulance coverage included

- Skilled Nursing Rider
- Days 1 thru 50 option, choice of $100, $150 or $200 per day benefit
- Additional option of $120 per day for days 21 thru 100 option

- Added a new $6,700 benefit, to better match Medicare Advantage maximum out-of-pocket limits
New Rider Option
NEW Critical Accident Rider – choose either a $5,000 or a $10,000 benefit for things like accidental death, hip or skull fracture, hip dislocation, knee dislocation or ligament tear, and other fractures after an emergency room visit.
Even Easier Underwriting
Change from a 12-month look back to a 6-month look back for inpatient confinement, nursing home confinement or receiving home health care services.
